Although it’s starting to clear now, these past few days we seemed to have succumbed to Storm Emma and the beast from the east. We had a full day of constant pretty heavy snow.
I wouldn’t normally do a blog about snow. But this was my 4 month old son’s first snow encounter. So we had to immortalise it in a post. We needed a few things from the local store. And we couldn’t drive, as none of our cars would of made it and with a baby would be too dangerous anyway.
Our pram got stuck, so we put him in a baby carrier, which killed my back but made Jackson happy. Here’s a few pictures from that day.
We also let him touch a little snow, but he wasn’t impressed.
All in all, I don’t think he understood what was happening at all. But it was adorable seeing him look around in amazement.
Hopefully the next snow day, he’ll be a bit older.
